The Dyson dream has run out of steam

The founder of one of the worlds most renowned vaccum cleaners, Sir James Dyson, has had to hang up his driving gloves and his plans to develop the future of electric cars after admitting that the vehicle they have produced was not commercially viable.

The project launched in 2016 by Sir Dyson, planned to invest more than £2bn developing the electric car of the future but despite a grand idea and vision, unfortunately the figures simply didn't add up and the enterpeneur was forced to call it time.

What will powers in the future? Is it electric?
